House Sunelycke is a perfect hideaway at the Baltic see between Kalmar and Karlskrona. Within walking distance of the ocean, you can enjoy woods, tennis, golf and yachting. With its own boat at the harbor in Bergvara, you can spend a nice time with the family in the typical Småland country-side.

The house has two bedrooms (one King size bed, two single beds) for a family of four. The entire house was completely renovated, and has new kitchen and bathroom with oak wooden floors everywhere. The kitchen is fitted with German WMF cutlery and Villeroy and Boch porcelain. 

The garden was created by Bo Tallhage, a known garden architect in Kalmar. The house is available all year, and also warm and cozy during the winter.
